Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage digital engineering projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions.
- Innovate and integrate advanced technologies, particularly in AI/ML and data analytics, to enhance project outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Support proposal development and contribute to business growth initiatives by identifying new opportunities and solutions.
- Develop software test and validation plans, including simulation-based testing and functional testing
- Assist with strategies to ensure cybersecurity compliance including certification for Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) 140-3, Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG), and National Information Assurance Partnership (NIAP) /Common Criteria Evaluation Assurance Level (EAL) 4+.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.Experience: Over 10 years of experience in digital engineering or software development.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in developing AI/ML software tools.
- Experience with software tools for data analytics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to innovate.
Additional Information:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
- Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
- 0-20% travel expected for on-site project meetings, technical assessments, and client engagements.
- Utilizes a remote work model to allow for a flexible work environment supporting productivity and collaboration: 100% remote work capability.
- Salary range:$135,000-$180,000 (The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.)
