Construction Project Manager - Commercial InteriorsCharlotte, NCJob Description:Manage project life cycle including subcontractor negotiations and buyout, project scheduling, material procurement, RFI’s, pencil draws, change order management and project close outConduct meetings with clients, architects and other partners to provide project updates; engage in team collaboration and communication with the Superintendent to proactively resolve any on-site issues keeping the project on trackGenerate detailed and accurate conceptual budgets from space plans, and/or renderings and/or scope notesTake an active role in and guide jobs and job teams in each phase including pre-construction, construction, closeout, and post-construction servicesTake a big picture view of strategy, risk assessment, and profitability and continuously communicate this view throughout the life of the projectIdentify and focus on critical issues related to constructability including associated costs and logistical issuesLead and manage multiple and/or larger, more complex projects with limited PX involvement
