The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for aligning strategic marketing initiatives with SAS’s overall sales and marketing strategy. This role focuses on developing and executing integrated campaigns to generate leads, build brand awareness, and drive renewal revenue throughout the customer journey.The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to position IDeaS as an innovative market leader in the region.
What you’ll be doing...- Brand Awareness & Market Positioning:
- Market Insights & Segmentation:
Create market insight and segmentation plans designed to identify key segments and target alignment with regional growth goals. Partner with Demand Generation and Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams to develop targeted marketing plans for sales pursuits.
- Tactical Partner Execution:
- Lead Generation Programs:
- Event Management:
Manage events, seminars, trade shows, and conferences to cost-effectively increase brand awareness, generate new sales opportunities, and create meaningful interactions between IDeaS and our prospects and clients. Measure and monitor the impact of events in terms of ROI from pipeline generation and revenue to inform future participation.

- Campaign Component Creation:
Interface with internal and external providers for campaign component creation, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
What you’ll bring to us…- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Pardot, and SalesLoft is a plus.
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts, including digital, content, social, and email strategies.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills for effective interaction with all audiences, including senior leadership.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
- Solid project management and facilitation skills.
- Proficient in key marketing software applications and data analysis tools.
