RESPONSIBILITIES- General clerical duties including answering phones & filing
- Processing documents, labels, commercial invoices, BOL
- Verifying documentation
- Providing notifications for shipments both internally and to external customers
- Working closely with warehouse leads to ensure schedule to keep shipments on time
- No heavy lifting or machinery operation required but labeling of boxes that are at least 50 lbs (assistance will be provided)
