Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Efficiently conducting 3-way matching processes
- Handling high volumes of manual processing tasks
- Regularly performing account reconciliations of AP sub-ledger to the general ledger
- Accurately processing and coding invoices
- Proficiently using Microsoft Excel for VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables
- Handling the reconciliation of credit cards
- Efficient data entry and management
- Utilizing Oracle for various tasks
- Ensuring the smooth operation of shared services.
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Demonstrated skills in Account Reconciliation
- Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes
- Experience in Check Runs
- Ability to accurately perform Coding Invoices
- Proficient in Data Entry tasks
- Skilled in Invoice Processing
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Oracle software is a plus
- Experience in a Shared Services environment is preferred
