Project Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Sentinel Technologies is seeking a Project Coordinator for a long-term contract opportunity for one of our major customers. In this role you will streamline and improve the quality of technology asset management for our client across 600+ locations.This role will coordinate project planning meetings, take detailed notes, and document action items. This is a remote location contract opportunity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google products, and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to take clear and concise notes during meetings.
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment.
- A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required.
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude.

Compensation Range: $35/hr - 42/hr
