Job Description

The Quality Manager - Castings & Aerospace will:

  • Lead and coordinate the overall quality control program to meet internal and external standards.
  • Establish and implement policies, procedures, and strategic plans for quality assurance.
  • Develop and analyze data to set quality standards and product reliability expectations.
  • Provide technical expertise and support teams in quality management.
  • Create, document, and implement inspection criteria and quality control objectives.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure product reliability, minimize costs, and meet shipping requirements.
  • Identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions using RCCA methodology.
  • Manage customer-facing quality control and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and oversee training programs for continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

Our Ideal Quality Manager will have the following Experience:

  • Experience in a Quality Manager role, experience having direct reports
  • Experience in castings, foundries, plastics and injection molding a plus
  • ISO9001 & AS9100, NADCAP, GD&T
  • Great tenure in previous roles
  • Local to Nashua, NH or open to relocation (package provided)
  • Green / Black belt is a huge plus
