Job Description

As the EHS manager you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of innovative safety programs and policies.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and advise leadership on new legislation.
  • Oversee all EHS record-keeping and campus-wide service contracts.
  • Manage and mentor facilities cleaners, setting priorities and driving performance.
  • Track and analyze safety metrics to fuel continuous improvement.
  • Oversee safety tickets, access systems, and emergency preparedness.
  • Conduct impactful weekly safety audits and implement proactive solutions.
  • Foster a dynamic safety culture with employee engagement and best practices.
  • Establish high standards for cleanliness and facility maintenance.

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, EHS, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in safety leadership and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage safety programs.
  • Skilled in incident investigations and implementing preventative measures.
  • Strong hazard recognition and risk mitigation abilities.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
