A day in the life
Your day starts with reviewing the latest shipper performance metrics and preparing for your daily business review call. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any urgent transportation issues and work on long-term improvement strategies.Throughout the day, you'll engage with shippers, providing coaching and support to enhance their performance. You'll also contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and best practices, and work on process improvement initiatives.

- 1+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of management experience
- Experience with SQL
