We are offering a role for a Web Administrator, located in Woodbridge, New Jersey. The job function will primarily involve managing and maintaining websites, ensuring their accessibility, functionality, and security. The industry we operate in is the telecom sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the accessibility and security of websites.
  • Develop, maintain, and update clear documentation for web hosting services.
  • Produce and update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Liaise with hosting providers and document details of each website, access, and support.
  • Oversee the renewal of SSL and domain names.
  • Conduct regular backups and recovery procedures to protect data.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot to resolve web-related issues.
  • Respond to and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.
  • Document issues and their resolutions for future reference.

  • Keep records of changes, updates, and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate closely with IT, marketing, content creators, and other stakeholders to align web strategies with organizational goals.
