About Our Client

Our client is a top financial services firm that is looking for an HR Coordinator. This is a confidential search and more information can be shared on a call. This role involves assisting with various HR processes to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism. The role is on-site in midtown Manhattan four days a week and one day remote.

Job Description
  • Support the Human Resources department with various tasks and projects.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
  • Liaise with employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and HR database management for reporting and auditing purposes.
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding activities.
  • Assist with performance management processes and employee engagement efforts.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies in all HR-related tasks.

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate or financial environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
