Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in CANFIELD, Ohio, United States. The role involves handling all facets of the accounting system for a multi-entity construction organization, working directly with an external CPA firm.

• Manage the entire accounting system, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Coordinate with the external CPA firm for accounting matters
• Execute payroll and quarterly payroll reports, along with union reports
• Maintain a working trial balance in the accounting system
• Ensure proficiency with Quickbooks and other accounting software systems
• Handle cash flow analysis and annual budget preparation
• Keep up-to-date with accounting functions and regulations
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Great Plains (GPAC) for various accounting tasks
• Employ ADP - Financial Services for financial management
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with Computerized Accounting System
• Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to handle all Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to prepare and manage Annual Budget
• Competency in Cash Flow Analysis
