Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly-motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Jr. Pega Application Developer. The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting design/development.The place of performance for this position is in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Build and deliver software products within a product line.
- Develop software products that satisfy requirements and quality reviews.
- Identify and resolve software issues.
- Plan and execute the delivery process.
Qualifications:
- Required Skills Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with case management system development.
- Bachelor's degree; 1 year of systems development experience.
- Pega System Architect Certification.
- Pega 8 experience.
- Previous Consulting or client service delivery experience.
- Specialization in functional area (CRM, deployment, etc.) or industry domain expertise.
- Professional Skill Requirements:
- - - Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Desire to work in an information systems environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Scrum.
- Experience with Pega Software Application Development.
- Able to work independently with little to no oversight.
