You’ll be responsible for preparing journal entries, validating balance sheet reconciliations, and managing capital expense accounting and depreciation entries.

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Proven accounting experience (beyond bookkeeping) and solid Excel skills.
- Familiarity with accounting software and Power BI is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously and ensure accuracy and quality in financial tasks.
Location: Candidates must be within commuting distance to Saint Charles, MO, Chicago, IL, or Newark, NJ.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post journal entries and accruals
- Validate and reconcile balance sheets
- Manage capital expense accounting and depreciation entries
- Assist with timely period closing for multiple factories
- Collaborate closely with the VCO Accounting Manager and business partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven accounting experience (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, capital expense)
- Solid Excel skills; experience with accounting software (ERP) preferred
- Familiarity with Power BI is a plus
