Human Resources (HR) Manager

We are seeking a diligent and committed Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in the government industry located in CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee, 37406-4302, United States. As a HR Manager, your responsibilities will include developing recruitment strategies, overseeing onboarding programs, managing employee retention programs, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
You will also be responsible for HR leadership, addressing employee relations issues, and conducting wage analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract top-tier talent
- Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth transition for new hires
- Create and manage programs to maintain a motivated and engaged workforce

- Experience in developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures

- Sound knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Competence in understanding and applying labor laws and regulations
- Prior experience in the government sector is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Professional certification in Human Resources (such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is advantageous.
