Digital Marketing Specialist

You'll play a key role in tracking performance, implementing advanced analytics, and ensuring that digital marketing efforts are data-driven and effective.

- We are looking for someone who is open to PT or FT, Contract, Contract to Hire, or Permanent Placements
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, manage, and optimize tracking tags using Google Tag Manager across various digital properties.
- Implement and manage Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools to ensure accurate performance measurement.
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media ads, and display ads.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure proper tag implementation and troubleshooting.
- Create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives and ensure proper attribution across channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, analytics, and tracking technologies.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on tag management and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram).
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and event tagging.
- Experience managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Familiarity with paid media strategies, including PPC, social media ads, and retargeting.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, especially regarding tag and pixel implementations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and web development basics is a plus.
