Administrative Assistant
Hours are 8am-3pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Pay range $24-$25 and in the Cranberry Township area.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Administrative Support:
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and documents as needed.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Handle data entry tasks and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
Customer Service:
Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries from clients, vendors, and employees.
Provide accurate information and assistance in a courteous manner.
Redirect inquiries to the appropriate person or department as needed.
Additional Duties:
Support other departments with administrative tasks as assigned.
Greet visitors-sign them in and notify appropriate staff that guest has arrived. Answer phones copy machines - schedule repair (if necessary) supplies into kitchen, take mail out, place postage. Light phone volume.
