Job Description

Assistant Project Manager

  • Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing all aspects of construction projects from inception through completion.
  • Coordinate with team members, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Review and track project documentation including contracts, change orders, and daily reports.
  • Monitor project progress, perform site visits, and ensure safety regulations and protocols are followed.
  • Provide support in managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
  • Ensure timely communication with all stakeholders and help resolve issues as they arise.

The Successful Applicant

Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily - Boston, MA - Will have
  • At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in multifamily or affordable housing projects.
  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, project management tools, and building codes.
  • Ability to commute to Boston and be on-site for project inspections and management as needed.
  • A proactive and team-oriented attitude with excellent organizational and communication skills.
