Payroll Specialist

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Payroll Specialist to join our team, based in Campbell, California. In this role, you will be tasked with handling a variety of tasks related to payroll, customer service, and data management.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process payroll data entries
• Utilize Certified Payroll, LCP Tracker and Elation software in managing payroll tasks
• Provide a high level of customer service, resolving inquiries efficiently
• Ensure accuracy of customer credit records
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on the account status
• Handle high-volume data entry tasks efficiently and accurately
• Continuously update and maintain customer applications
• Proficiency in payroll processing and management.
• Certification in payroll is mandatory.
• Proven experience in data entry tasks.
• Ability to handle high-volume data entry effectively and accurately.
