Business Analyst - Onsite

This role will involve working with large volumes of data, primarily using Excel. This role is hybrid in Brentwood, TN

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage large datasets of billing and inventory information
• Conduct inventory analysis to ensure all units are fully dispensed before billing
• Track and consolidate prescription data across multiple dimensions, including: specific programs, shipping locations, and vendors.
• Pull and extract data from inhouse system into Excel for detailed reporting.
• Manually consolidate and manipulate data across multiple Excel files for reporting purposes.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency throughout all reporting processes.
• Quickly identify trends, anomalies, and insights within the data to support decision-making.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data aligns with business needs and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, ideally in a pharmacy, healthcare, or inventory-heavy environment.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including data manipulation, formulas, and pivot tables.
• Excellent analytical skills with a sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to work with large datasets and develop accurate, actionable insights.
• Self-starter who can quickly grasp complex processes and identify key areas for improvement.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
