Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system and direct them to the appropriate individuals or departments
  • Handle mail processing and distribution tasks, including scanning mail for remote workers
  • Record and track checks that are received and disbursed for accounting purposes
  • Schedule appointments and organize files to ensure smooth operations
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for data entry and email correspondence
  • Utilize Spanish language skills for communication and translation purposes when needed
  • Perform other basic receptionist duties as required to support the team
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Maintain an organized and efficient workplace, ensuring all customer applications are processed accurately and customer records are kept up-to-date.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
  • Experience with answering multi-line phone systems
