The chosen candidate will collaborate with staff and managers to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of client services, maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations, and foster strong client relationships through exceptional service and proactive advice.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct bookkeeping and financial statement preparation for various clients
• Handle tax preparation for individual and business tax returns, sales tax reporting, and payroll processing
• Assist in developing and implementing tax planning strategies
• Collaborate with staff and managers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of client services
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and proactive advice
• Support the training and development of junior staff members
• Apply skills in Income Tax Accounting, Tax Accounting, Financial Statement Preparation, Account Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliations, Corporate Tax Return, Federal Tax Return, and Individual Tax Return throughout all responsibilities. • Proficiency in Income Tax Accounting is required
• Experience in Tax Accounting is a must
• Ability to prepare Financial Statements is necessary
• Knowledge of Account Reconciliation is required
• Competence in Bank Reconciliations is needed
• Experience in Corporate Tax Return is desirable
• Proficiency in Federal Tax Return is expected
• Familiarity with Income Tax Return is required
• Experience with Individual Tax Return is preferred
