Job Description
  • Lead and manage complex audit engagements related to the financial crimes space.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with client personnel and stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and prepare detailed audit plans.
  • Guide, mentor, and provide feedback to audit team members.
  • Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards related to the financial services industry.
  • Participate in the development of the annual audit plan.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the audit department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Audit Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of internal audit experience, specifically within financial crimes and compliance
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CAMS, CPA, CIA, or CISA.
  • Proficient knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
