Job Description- Lead and manage complex audit engagements related to the financial crimes space.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with client personnel and stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and prepare detailed audit plans.
- Guide, mentor, and provide feedback to audit team members.
- Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards related to the financial services industry.
- Participate in the development of the annual audit plan.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the audit department.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Audit Manager should have:
- 5+ years of internal audit experience, specifically within financial crimes and compliance
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CAMS, CPA, CIA, or CISA.
- Proficient knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Competitive salary range of $120,000 to $145,000.
