Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the on-site construction management for data center projects, ensuring adherence to safety, schedule, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to establish project goals and deliverables.
- Oversee all site operations, including scheduling, logistics, material deliveries, and labor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and client specifications, particularly in mission-critical data environments.
- Conduct regular site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to maintain project progress.
- Manage site safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among all workers and subcontractors.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and clients on project status.

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with specific experience managing data center or mission-critical projects.
- Deep knowledge of data center infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in construction management software, such as Procore, and familiarity with scheduling tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Commitment to maintaining high safety standards on all job sites.
