Compensation: $85,000 + Bonus

Job Summary:

You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver an outstanding dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate has a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing top-notch hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and cost management
• Train and supervise restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high quality standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
• Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
• Monitor and analyze restaurant performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a hospitality or food service setting
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage a diverse team and create a positive work environment
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Understanding of restaurant financials and experience in budgeting and cost control
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
