ClinChoice is searching for a Project Manager Consultant for 12 months Contract and renewable, to join one of our clients.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Position Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects, ensuring that all aspects are aligned with the organization's strategic goals. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, and mitigating risks to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Ensure that all activities are aligned with the overall strategy. Facilitate and/or assist in the generation and presentation of monthly reports or dashboards for medical affairs segments and/or workstreams
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. Communicate project progress, issues, and solutions effectively.
  • Resource Allocation: Identify and request necessary resources, including personnel, technology, and financial assets, to ensure project success.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with project activities and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring that expenditure aligns with the financial goals of the projects. Assist in financial management/update activities in partnership with senior management and Client’s end PMs.
  • Team Operational Leadership: Lead operational aspects of medical affairs work stream projects across cross-functional teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project objectives. Facilitate collaboration and resolve conflicts as they arise.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and track the performance of medical affairs projects and/or workstreams, adjusting as necessary to stay on target.
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions for all stakeholders involved in the project.
  • Strategic brand management support and monitoring: Support client PM in monitoring and supporting strategic plan KPIs / milestones.
  • Assist in contract management activities and financial management/update activities in partnership with senior leadership from Medical Affairs
  • Compliance Operations. Assist in the investigation and CAPA management monitoring activities representing medical affairs in collaboration with the quality team.
  • Strategic brand management support and monitoring, Support Client’s PM in monitoring and supporting strategic plan KPIs / milestones.
  • Ad hoc support as per client’s requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field. An MBA or PMP certification is preferred with a background in Life Sciences or Pharma.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • This role is critical to ensuring that the activities are executed efficiently, within budget, and in alignment with the strategic goals of the organization.
