Shift Timing: Morning Shift

"One needs to be fluent in Success factors Employee Central and the other in GlobalView Payroll (ADP Product)"

Position Summary:

• The purpose of this role is to work on a project of changing the HCM system.
• Would be responsible for working with the Senior HRIS Analyst in support of the day-to-day activities.
• Support; troubleshooting, admin, config coordination, mass imports, reporting, & testing in SuccessFactors Employee Central & ADP GlobalView Payroll.
• Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems
• Evaluate new applications and identify systems requirement
• Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems
• Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.
• Works under the direction of a project manager.

Experience: Must Have 5+ years of relevant experience
