Job Description
Project Oversight: Assist the Superintendent in planning and executing tilt wall construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Site Coordination: Supervise daily site activities, managing crew assignments and workflow to maintain productivity and quality.
Quality Assurance: Monitor construction processes to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and industry best practices.
Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols on-site, conducting regular inspections and promoting a culture of safety among all workers.
Material Coordination: Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment, ensuring they meet project requirements and are available on schedule.
Communication: Serve as a key point of contact between project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate collaboration and resolve issues.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, change orders, and safety reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate for the Assistant Superintendent - Tilt Wall position will have a strong background in tilt wall construction and proven experience in project management.
