Senior Business Development Manager - Merch on Demand, Creators

The Creators Business Development team collaborates with strategic customers to build new, industry-specific partnership opportunities that directly impact and transform the way our Creators can partner, create, and earn at scale.
We are seeking a talented, highly motivated, Sr. Business Development leader to drive growth for Amazon Merch on Demand, Amazon’s on-demand print business for content creators. This individual will work cross-functionally with Creators and Merch on Demand stakeholders to set the vision for growth, while utilizing existing workstreams to amplify current efforts.As the lead for Merch on Demand, you will be responsible for the strategy, experimentation, and execution to drive Merch on Demand growth for Amazon through the Creators channel. You are an excellent oral and written communicator and you possess an analytical approach to business development, leveraging data to drive decisions.
You are highly organized and have the ability to work independently. You're particularly adept at developing strong, one-to-one relationships and working closely and constructively with internal and external partners.
Key job responsibilities
As a leader for this segment within the Creators Team, you:- Drive business development growth strategy that aligns with overall Merch on Demand, Creators, and Amazon strategies.
- Build pipeline of new and existing creators, opportunity size, and prioritize to deliver growth strategy.
- Monitor and optimize creator performance to achieve goals. Develop reporting methodologies and own data analysis and measurement.
- Influence internal and external stakeholder leaders of all levels across business, marketing, finance, program, product, and tech, including to seek roadmap resourcing.
- Create both simplified, scalable solutions and Think Big opportunities for creators, including identifying net new opportunities to drive growth.
- 6+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 6+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- 4+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 4+ years managing external partnerships and stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Amazon is a total compensation company.
