Virtual Mental Health Therapist Role (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) – Arizona

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Deliver confidential therapy sessions through secure video calls
• Apply a variety of therapeutic methods to support clients' unique needs
• Develop tailored treatment plans focused on individual goals
• Encourage growth and resilience in clients through positive coping strategies
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy approaches as needed

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus benefits

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy
• Active licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) with no restrictions
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Proficient communication skills with expertise in various therapy methods
• Comfortable with virtual platforms and tools for therapy
