We are looking for an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical group full-time in Vancouver, WA. We are seeking a well-qualified, caring provider to join our large, knowledgeable group of medical doctors, NPs, and PAs in our family and urgent care practice.

We offer an excellent work life balance with less burnout, with our office seeing patients 4 days a week at 8 hours per day. We take the time to really understand our patients needs, scheduling only 18-20 patients per day. The incoming provider must have experience in Family practice and Urgent Care.

The providers work to provide their patients with comprehensive treatment options that benefit each person's emerging or chronic medical needs-whether its a same-day appointment for an unexpected cold or a long-term plan to manage chronic pain.
We believe in a patient-centered approach to medicine, where each patient becomes a partner with their healthcare provider, taking part in decision making and care plans. In our Family and Urgent Care practice, we use state of the art technology and emerging methodologies to provide our patients with the best care possible.

We offer both family practice needs with the ability to see and treat patients on an Urgent|same day basis.

Qualifications:

Graduation from an Accredited NP|PA program
Current NP|PA license in WA
Minimum 1 year experience in Family Practice|Urgent Care
Bilingual helpful but not required

Must cover some Saturday urgent care every other month

Duties:

Patient Care- Primary care and Chronic Care patients
Female Preventative health
Adult Preventative health
Well Child Visits
Same Day|Urgent Care visits

Procedures (ie: laceration repair, abscess drainage, nail avulsions, joint injections to name a few)

Documentation- Accurately and Timely
Order and Review Labs|Bloodwork|Imaging
Patient Education

Pharmacological management

Salary (range):

$125k-$135 k per year (depending on experience|qualifications)
