Responsibilities:
What You’ll Be Doing- Creating and developing beverages
- Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving food and drinks
- Preparing drinks for servers at server window
- Checking guests identification and confirming it meets legal drinking age requirements
- Monitoring guests alcohol consumption and knowing when to stop serving
- Entering all orders into POS system prior to serving
Qualifications:
What You Need for this Position- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving beverages
- Excellent customer service skills
- TIPS certifiable
- Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more
- Able to stoop and bend
- Occasionally able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment
- Able to comply with safety and health code standards
- Able to handle responsibilities that require repetitive motion tasks
