Holy Infant Paideia Hybrid School is seeking a joy-filled and energetic First Grade Teacher for our Christ-centered, classically inspired, two-day academic program in a small, cottage school setting.

**We are looking to hire for the 2025-2026 school year.**

We are seeking a teacher with:

Energy and love of young learners and a recognition of each child as a dignified child of God
Good communication skills, especially with parents
Initiative and intuition in the classroom
Appreciation of hands-on and outdoor learning experiences
Knowledge of Classical Education philosophies, or an interest in learning more
Willingness to help develop a First Grade curriculum that functions well in the hybrid model of education
Devotion to their Faith. Candidate does not need to be Catholic but should be comfortable in a Catholic School setting that is infused with the traditions and liturgies of the Faith.
We meet in Orange, Va at St. Isidore's on TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS from 9:00 to 3:00.
We do not provide childcare, but welcome you to bring your own students to join our community if it is a good fit for your family
Pay is negotiable based on experience
