Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical or long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will monitor patient health, administer medications, assist with daily activities, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient health conditions and vital signs.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Provide basic patient care, including dressing wounds, giving enemas, and applying dressings.
• Observe patients and report any adverse reactions to medications or treatments.
• Collect samples for testing, perform routine lab tests, and document results.
• Assist patients with hygiene, feeding, and other daily activities.
• Offer emotional support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate patient health records and report status updates to RNs and physicians.
• Participate in educational opportunities to enhance nursing skills and stay current on best practices.

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support) from AHA.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
