Table Games Floor Supervisor
The role of a Floor Supervisor includes but is not limited to monitoring games in progress, patrons, and casino staff in their designated area; protecting the casino's assets within their section; distributing playing cards from the security department and checking them for any irregularities during the shift; resolving any customer disputes that occur in their area; managing bankrolls, tracking players, and carrying out additional responsibilities as required.The Floor Supervisor answers to the Shift Manager and is accountable for signing and verifying the accuracy of various forms: Table Inventory Slips, Fill/Credit forms, Fill/Credit Requests, Notifications of Error, Pit MTL, and for issuing Complimentary Meal vouchers.
They also oversee all other documentation involved in the daily management of the gaming floor. Full-time night shift position available.
