Responsibilities:
Performs all clerical functions including document-related functions for the Collateral Management and Recovery Areas. Will undertake a range of clerical duties to facilitate the efficient functioning of the Recovery Teams and other departments.This position requires handling sensitive documents, ensuring precise postings, maintaining effective communication, and data input into Symitar & Temenos.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business administration or related field is preferred
- One year of experience in a clerical or administrative role required. Experience within financial or automotive preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications preferred
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and type English.
- Must be able to hear and use a telephone.
- Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes.
- This position is in-person and will regularly report to headquarters or other Grow locations
- Sedentary role.
