(This is a 2nd shift position).- High School diploma or equivalent required $20.15 base rate; increases every 6 months for first 36 months.
- $2.00 Shift Premium on 2nd and a $1.50 Shift Premium for 3rd shifts.

Qualifications:
Education, Skills, and/or Experience Required:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- 1-3 years of experience in quality control.
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing/automotive environment.
- Good verbal, written, & computer communication skills.
- The ability to follow documented procedures and work standards.
- The ability to pay attention to work detail.
- The ability to keep accurate records.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- The ability to work independently.

Accomplish day-to-day tactical objectives in support of company and department goals. Demonstrates adherence to company policies and procedures in support of safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale (SQDCM) initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Investigate all Mobis and Supplier related issues as they reported. Provide clean points and initial containment activity.
- Line calls; walk backs, initiate sorts.
- Daily OS&D.
- Daily Shift Report.
- Daily Shift Audits.
- Weekly Training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
