We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Office Services Associate within the Financial Services industry, located in Boston, Massachusetts. The selected candidate will be part of a team providing essential office services, with a focus on managing mail and packages, and ensuring a seamless operational workflow within the office.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all incoming and outgoing mail and packages are accurately processed and delivered within the office premises.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks, seeking out additional duties during downtime.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service, acting efficiently and with detail orientation in front of clients.
  • Show accountability and responsibility, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Exhibit a keen attention to detail, particularly when scanning mail and determining its correct destination.
  • Handle physical tasks such as lifting boxes of paper or other items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Refrain from unnecessary conversation, maintaining a detail-oriented demeanor at all times.
  • Participate in training and team activities, learning from a long-tenured team with a wealth of experience.
  • Contribute to the detail-oriented office culture, adhering to a business casual dress code.
  • Utilize digital communication skills to troubleshoot issues and maintain logs. • Proficient in customer service with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ability to handle various office functions and operations seamlessly.
  • Comprehensive understanding of office procedures and policies.
  • Experience in answering inbound calls promptly and professionally.
  • Proven ability in supervising and leading a team effectively.
  • Familiarity with hiring processes and able to contribute to recruitment efforts.
  • Competence in scanning and digitizing documents.
  • Ability to troubleshoot common office equipment issues.
  • Strong digital literacy and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in maintaining logs and records for office operations.
  • Comfortable working with machinery associated with office functions.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance practices in the financial services industry.
  • Ability to distribute faxes and other documents promptly.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet business requirements.
  • Experience handling service calls and resolving customer issues.
