Machine Operator(Multi-Spindle)

-Unload, clean, and inspect parts-Maintain production records-Perform complex setups and operate mills, lathes, and routers to machine flat and formed parts to inch and metric specifications-Read and interpret engineering drawings-Evaluate and justify new tooling and machining processes-Identify deviations in schedules, shop orders, established procedures, blueprints, and specifications that may interrupt productivity-Maintain logs and other necessary documents-Determine the sequence of operations when necessary-Perform first article inspections when necessary-Assist others with machining problems-Work independently with moderate supervision
