We are looking for an Early Careers Recruiter focused on recruiting University and Early Career talent. In this role you will build strong relationships, influence and be the driving force behind our Intern and New Graduate program,
How you can make an impact:
- University Partnership: Partnering with universities, colleges, student organizations and campus recruiting ambassadors to promote and attract early talent.
- Career Event Planning & Management: Develop and execute comprehensive campus recruitment and event strategies for internship. Attend University events, Career Fairs, Professional Association Meetings, and other Networking events.
- Recruiting & Sourcing: Coordinate end-to-end recruiting process by utilizing innovative ideas and new technologies to ensure that the sourcing, recruiting & assessment process are best in class and contributes to a positive candidate experience.
- Program Management: Build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders. Manages recruiting expenses to stay within annual budget.
- Employer Branding: Partner with marketing to develop initiatives to promote and inspire engagement through messaging across social media, CRM and internal platforms.
- Metrics: Maintain, track and communicate internal metrics such as sourcing channel efficacy, cost per hire and conversion against the company's various hiring goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
Bring your passion, here's what’s needed:
- 1 to 3 years recruiting and/or human resources experience, with at least 1 year in university recruiting experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting (e.g., conducting needs assessment, providing input on candidate selection, & candidate relationship management).
- Ability to travel up to 25% to college campuses for various recruiting events (career fairs, info sessions, conferences) throughout the U.S. and Canada
- Skilled utilizing recruitment tools (including iCIMS, LinkedIn, Handshake and Symplicity)
- Experience with data and metrics to find insights and drive decision making.
- Passion for knowledge and a propensity towards curiosity.
