System Administrator
The System Administrator will contribute to the growth of the company by leading a team to effectively manage policy, and overall programmatic risk. This is a unique opportunity to shape the progress, development, and culture of an exciting and rapid-growing company in the cybersecurity market.
Responsibilities:
- Support STIG compliance for VMware environments.
- Ensure security hardening for virtualized infrastructure.
- Work with Windows environments and have familiarity with RHEL and storage solutions.
- Assess and remediate STIG compliance issues proactively.
- Support STIG compliance for Active Directory and DNS.
- Maintain security and compliance standards for Windows-based infrastructure.
- Ensure adherence to security policies and procedures.
- Work with Trellix/McAfee, Windows anti-virus solutions, and other security tools.
- Ensure immediate STIG assessment and remediation.
- Support and optimize Splunk logging environments.
- Potentially stand up a second Splunk server.
- Work with STIG compliance for central logging and storage environments.
- Active Secret Clearance and CAC must be available on Day 1.
- Strong experience with VMware security and STIGs.
- Windows administration background; familiarity with RHEL and storage.
- Security+ certification required.
- Strong knowledge of STIGs and compliance for AESS environments.
- Familiarity with Trellix/McAfee and Windows security tools.
- Strong knowledge of Splunk optimization and central logging.
- Familiarity with STIG compliance for security logging and RHEL environments.
