job summary:
Quality Control Inspector to ensure products meet company and industry standards. This role requires basic math skills, measuring experience, and strong attention to detail. The inspector will perform visual inspections and use precision measuring tools to check product dimensions and quality.
No prior experience needed-training provided! Key Responsibilities: ✔ Perform visual inspections of products for defects, color accuracy, and overall quality. ✔ Use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, rulers, gauges) to check part dimensions.
✔ Compare parts against blueprints and specification sheets to verify compliance. ✔ Document inspection results and report non-conforming products to supervisors. ✔ Conduct final quality checks before products are shipped. ✔ Follow safety protocols in a high-noise manufacturing environment.
✔ Assist with receiving inspections of incoming materials. Qualifications & Requirements: ✔ Basic math and measurement skills (experience with calipers, micrometers, or gauges preferred). ✔ Good visual perception to detect defects or inconsistencies.
✔ Ability to follow standardized methods and quality procedures. ✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. ✔ Basic documentation and reporting skills. ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, indoor manufacturing environment. Physical Requirements: ✔ Ability to stand for extended periods.
