Tasks Performed on the Job:

o Provide internal and external IT troubleshoot

o Perform backup of information assets

o Implement enhancive modifications for information systems and generate reports

o Coordinate IT-related education and training programs

o Administer and manage IT service vendors

o Communicate with Head Office in Korea to share control status

Knowledge and Skills Used on the Job:

o Experience with Windows Server, Unix, Virtual Machine, SQL, and/or RDBMS

o Strong verbal and written communication skills

o Excellent interpersonal skills

o Bilingual in English and Korean

Relevant Training and Work Experience:

o A Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering)

o Min. 3 years of experience in related industry

o Professional certification is a plus
