Responsibilities:
ADVISORY STAFF SPECIALIST V- Serves as the top level technical or functional expert, often working on multiple projects and programs
- Acts as the definitive source of knowledge, technique or expertise in a specific subject area, such as business management, information technology, software development and process engineering
- Operates as the organizational ambassador for knowledge area
- Applies expertise to support an organization’s vision and strategic direction
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent related experience
- 10 - 15 years experience
Desired:
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent related experience
Physical Requirements:
This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions:
- Sitting for long periods
- Standing for long periods
- Ambulate throughout an office
- Ambulate between several buildings
- Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required
- Repeatedly lift and carry weight up to 50 pounds
- Travel by land or air transportation 15%
