Inside Sales
This role is a temp-to-perm position with a competitive base salary and commission structure.
Base Salary: $45,000 - $50,000Total Potential Compensation: Up to $65,000 with commission upon meeting target goals
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing excellent service and resolving issues efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Manage day-to-day sales operations, including order processing, inventory updates, and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Utilize multiple software platforms, including QuickBooks, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other sales tools, across 5-6 screens to manage sales data and track customer engagement.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.
- Stay informed about product specifications and technical details to provide knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries.
- Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or operations, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- background in quality assurance and technical understanding of laboratory products or similar technical fields.
- Familiarity with large ERP systems and proficiency with QuickBooks, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other CRM/sales software.
- Exceptional communication and people skills, with a customer-focused and solutions-driven approach.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple screens and software applications.
- Comfortable in a commission-based environment, with the motivation to reach or surpass sales goals.
