Remote attorney opportunity with growing employment law practice!!

Robert Half is partnering with a quickly growing employment law firm that represents clients in wrongful termination, single plaintiff, matters but on occasion wage & hour claims arise as part of the larger claim of discrimination. This attorney must be able to work cases autonomously.

Work plan:

• 100% remote!
• Must be based in CA, preferably Los Angeles county because there will be on-site depositions or court appearances.

Responsibilities of Role:

• A-Z case management of cases in employment law from inception through trial – including second chair if one of their cases goes to trial.
• Discovery, including depositions.
• Depo prep – this firm goes very thoroughly in their depo prep.
• Law and motion.
• Court appearances.
• Pleadings.
• Communicating with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel.

Compensation:

• Salary up to $150,000 - this position will be incentivized by bonuses tied to a percentage for cases this attorney resolves. .
• He has a benefit provider and he’s going to get a healthcare plan.
• No employee contribution
• This a person can participate in a 401k, there’s no match so far.
• Flexible schedule, including for days off.
• Licensed CA attorney.
• Capable of autonomously working employment law matters.
• Previous experience working remotely is a plus.
