Bilingual Receptionist

We are looking for a professional and friendly Bilingual Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish and will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Language Support: Provide translation and interpretation assistance for clients and staff as needed.
  • Scheduling: Manage appointment bookings and maintain the office calendar.
  • Documentation: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and packages.
  • Office Administration: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Customer Service: Address client inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Team Collaboration: Support other departments with clerical tasks and special projects as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., phone systems, copiers).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
