Job Description

My client is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with substantial experience in the construction industry, particularly in ground-up projects of $25-50+ million in diverse commercial markets, including High-Rise, Multifamily, Senior Living, Large Box Industrial and Hospitality

  • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale, ground-up construction projects.
  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Ensure project adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Manage project risks and resolve issues effectively.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and promote excellent customer service.
  • Utilize project management software (Procore, Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint) for effective communication and documentation.

The Successful Applicant
  • A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager supervising commercial construction.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, ground-up projects valued at $25-50+ million in diverse commercial markets (High-Rise, Multifamily, Senior Living, Large Box Industrial, Hospitality).
  • Expertise in stick frame construction for large projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, design principles, and permitting requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint).
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship.
