responsibilities:

  • Execute a range of routine biological and chemical assays, including but not limited to: UPLC, LC/MS, LC/CAD, qPCR, DLS.
  • Prepare samples, execute analytical testing, and perform data analysis with rapid turnaround time.
  • Record, analyze, review, and interpret experimental data.
  • Contribute to the upkeep of the laboratory by managing supplies, maintain laboratory instruments and ensuring a clean work environment.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures in the laboratory.
  • Additional duties as may be assigned from time to time.
qualifications: Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
  • 0 - 2 years of relevant laboratory experience.

Preferred:

  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a biological, chemical, or clinical laboratory setting.
  • Proficiency chromatography techniques including IEX/RP separation, UV/MS/CAD detection.
  • Experience with integrated laboratory automation including Hamilton, Tecan, and Echo liquid handlers
  • Proven track record of adhering to strict experimental protocols and SOPs, with a history of maintaining comprehensive and detailed laboratory notebooks and records.
  • Strong analytical acumen with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for effective reporting and collaboration.
  • Solid understanding of laboratory safety procedures and best practices.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take on new challenges.
