Operations Associate (Bilingual)

Talent Vision, a staffing and consulting firm, is looking for a dedicated and skilled Operations Associate who is bilingual to join our team. In this role, you will support the operational functions of the company and help ensure efficient processes while providing language support to our diverse clientele.

Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to communicate effectively will play a vital role in enhancing our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth company functioning.
  • Handle bilingual communication with clients and partners, including phone calls, emails, and documents.
  • Support project management by coordinating timelines, organizing meetings, and tracking project progress.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, and documentation in both languages as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Assist with data entry, database management, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for optimizing operations.
  • Provide general support to other departments as needed during peak times or special projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Operations, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in an operations support role or administrative capacity.
  • Fluency in English and at least one other language.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Experience with data entry and database management is a plus.
